I had some massage/release done on my ankle today, getting all the jammed up connective tissues back in their rightful place. Then I had acupuncture done on my foot/ankle/ peroneal tendon that is tight because of the sprain.
Finally, it's all taped up, with a prescription of ankle/peroneal strengthening... And no running for 3 weeks :(
Gonna miss the ARX training tomorrow but I will hopefully get out for a long bike ride. I just wanna ruuuun :(
On another note, the new coaches we had for XC this year enjoyed it so much (take that volleyball) that they will be organizing a year-round XC 'club' at school for people who are interested. Starts back up in Dec so that's pretty hype.
