Very easy ski around Churchill and down the trail on this A+ snow day!! 100% sun, fresh pow all around, and a perfect temperature outside. Couldn't ask for a better day :)
Double pole, classic and skate combo since the snow was deep.

Final X league race! No real nav problems, and I was feeling pretty strong, even through the fields of snow. Cleared the course, and was just over 1 min late. Would have been just under, getting the full 500 points but I couldn't find the darn car in the huge, busy parking lot!! Arg!
Still a great end of season race, always lots of fun in the snow :)

Muddy, windy, slow, did I mention muddy? rail trail ride with Nicole on the MTB. Turbo, Sudden and Hammer left us in their dust. Totally pooped, but a gorgeously warm, sunny day outside :)

Based on the rough trail conditions I saw yesterday on a hike and my experience last Saturday, I figured it would be best to stay on my feet today and not hurt myself. Will go for a run tomorrow.
Also, my right calf has been quite tight since the track meet so my shin is verging on being sore.
