Logging commute to work because I was a little late and biking into a strong headwind the whole way. Not even kidding, I almost blew into the sidewalk at one point, and was so slow going down the hill. Then back up the hill, but that's where I'm ending the 'training' because the rest was just an enjoyable moment splashing through summer rain puddles :)

It's official! I have decided to reconsider my position on the Canadian WOC team this year. See you all in Sweden! :)

Note

Update on my cough: it seems to be subsiding, but it also keeps changing a lot. It's no longer a dry hacking cough, but I'm starting to cough up some goop so that's lovely. My throat is still quite sore, but I can sleep through the night.
This week I hope to get in some quality training if I can, but I'll probably be pretty busy with 3 more exams to go. After that I'll put in some work before heading off to Europe!

Decided to go to TNT tonight since my cough is getting a little better. Big crowd tonight!
10x Aviary long loops every 3:30.
About 1:40-1:47 running time.
Felt really strong on the first 4 and then my lungs started to bring up some gunk so I struggled with breathing. Pushed through it and kept a constant pace! Coughing was way better than it was a week ago at TNT!
