Nice morning on the rail trail. 2x 1K hard, with 1k rest on the way out. almost knocked over an oblivious woman who just decided to turn around on the trail without looking...

Biked down the waterfront for some ice cream in the afternoon with a friend and my legs were dead... But core felt good!

Rail trail in the icky humidity. Got caught in some rain near the end and heard some thunder so I booked it back home. The candy factory was making Swedish Berries today and it smelled delightful.

Setting flags for the last day of ARK camp. Absolutely brutal humidity... I was dripping within 3 minutes and the map disintegrated. Lovely!

Day 3 of ARK camp and it was even hotter. Planned on biking or running after but it was just too brutal out. :/
