Midterms are done and I'm onto a (blessed) week off!
I've had a sore throat and a tight chest the last 2 days, so I'll be monitoring that. Time to catch up on some lovely sleep and get some training done !

6x 3mins with 1-1:30 rest on the back 40 field. Alternated one loop on the field, and the other down and up the hills on the trail. These weren't supposed to be super hard because of Tuesday's workout so I kept it around 4:05/km.
Super sleepy but I'm excited for the week off!
