Faster one with some of the xc girls. Wasn't planning on going for as long but we went having fun and I was enjoying the light misty rain. I went on two trails I'd never been on today too- imagine that! Spring creek trail past where the ARK map ends, as well as the trail beside Cootes drive in the woods, along the creek.
No blisters today, and slight ache in my foot. Feels like some progress!

regular trails plus south shore which you could probably count as a terrain run since it's barely even a trail. As coached by Hans, I also did some running in the terrain too because I really need to do more.
I felt surprisingly good today, but with 3 mins to go the blister on my right foot was just too much.

Kickstart to the OCup season!
A fun course with some dog-bone legs in the box! Lots of green to avoid and I learned that the hard way going to one CP in the box... ouch.
Some sloppy route choice during the race but other than that I was pretty consistent and reading ahead.
My tummy wasn't a happy camper, and neither was my foot - but it still felt good to get out on a new map!
