Did a course with the same map as the icebreaker race today. Skipped the golf course so I could get out to the woods and trails. Slow going because my leg was sore, but nice to get on a new map again. Plus it was a beauty day out there and great to see so many happy kids after the ARK fest!

First 5 mins were solving a super tricky maze course before heading out on the course.

Wore my old shoes which felt a bit better on my sore leg, but it was slliiiiicckkkk on the trails/escarpment!
