First ski of the year at GN!
Snowing like mad the whole time + my terrible classic technique = slow going, but so magical out there!
At one point I couldn't even see my skis in the tracks and the snow was up to the top of my boots :O
Didn't feel any pain on my lower leg either.

Much fun. Now back to studying.

Note

Sooo I had a bone scan done. No stress fracture in my tibia, but some stress ‘reaction’. Basically, instead of my bone breaking down and building back up like normal, it’s primarily breaking down... no running until I can see the doctor again :(
Until then, OD on calcium and vit D.

Thoughts on xc skiing as a weight bearing activity on lower legs?
