Note

So I wiped out skiing two weeks ago and my shoulder felt kinda funny for a few mins and then it went away until earlier this evening. Anterior deltoid is feeling real funky and i'm wondering if i've maybe pinched the ulnar nerve because the pinky-side of my hand also feels weird...

My bday wishes did come true!!! A week late but still !

First time skiing in Hamilton in ages. Classic along the rail trail with Soren in late afternoon sun. So perfect! We were having so much fun that I decided to skip the strength tonight and keep on skiing :)

Just realized how many laps my watch took by accident when it hit my glove... whoops.

Had this great plan of biking to Sanctuary and running from there but then I remembered my bike is up north. Sad.

Muddy hill fartlek around Churchill. Wore some old Inov8s for traction but ended up with an almost blister and sore lower leg. At least I didn’t wipeout. Fun to get some harder stuff in, and play in the mud!
