Another ski on the rail trail with Soren! Sticky snow but we had good glide wax. Snowmobiles tracks on part of the trail so we were cruising!

Leg didn’t hurt during this but it is very sore today, achy tendon and tight Achilles too.

This is so embarrassing but I have to say it because it’s quite funny... my shoulder and neck felt great during this, all up until I tried flexing my bicep in the mirror. Yeah, nope. That hurt. Lol :P

Easy one today. Could only do leg stuff or things with one arm because the shoulder pain has moved up into my neck/traps and I can barely turn my head to the right. Soon painful. The trainers don't want to do any massage/ultrasound therapy until tomorrow because it's so tender. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.

I had my right arch taped today for extra support to see how that was. It felt good for alignment when walking, but doing any kind of balancing on one leg was useless. Couldn't feel the ground from my whole foot so I wobbled around like crazy. Might try it for a short run but I don't think it's worth it.

So I wiped out skiing two weeks ago and my shoulder felt kinda funny for a few mins and then it went away until earlier this evening. Anterior deltoid is feeling real funky and i'm wondering if i've maybe pinched the ulnar nerve because the pinky-side of my hand also feels weird...

My bday wishes did come true!!! A week late but still !

First time skiing in Hamilton in ages. Classic along the rail trail with Soren in late afternoon sun. So perfect! We were having so much fun that I decided to skip the strength tonight and keep on skiing :)

Just realized how many laps my watch took by accident when it hit my glove... whoops.
