Just a short test to gauge where I'm at for Vancouver next week.
In the snow, my leg actually felt decent! I felt like I was working real hard but HR wasn't as high as I was expecting. More ARC trainer this week unless I get a go-ahead from the doctor tomorrow to run.

ARC trainer after massage and ultrasound wave therapy. Felt good! Still not 100% convinced about this machine but it’s pretty similar to running and gets the HR up.
