Note

A little bit of running here and there helping out at the final OCUP this morning. Felt fine but I felt like my HR was sky-rocketing. Leg got tight while standing out in the cold and the bottoms of my feet are very tight right now too, but what a gorgeous day for a race! Wish I could have raced it!

Feeling super tired recently so I may take today off.

Got out and enjoyed the sunshine! Ride was longer and hillier than planned since the rail trail was too slick and snowy. Not sure if that was a good idea for my leg or not... regardless, a beauty day!

Finished my anti-inflammatories just in time for another snowstorm... great.
Will talk to the trainer tomorrow and devise a comeback plan.
