acupuncture to my glut and TFL, and then some stimulus put on my VMO to help one side tone down and the other wake the heck up.

Strength and core.

Knee still not that happy :( trainer thinks it’s because my hips and quad are so tight so I’ve been rolling basically all day.

Knee feeling really funky now at the top of the knee cap.

Usual workout.
Feeling generally tired and bleh.

my knee is really not enjoying all of this studying. It didn't feel that great in the pool today... seeing the trainer tomorrow, but I might not be running in the meantime :(
