Tried some VMO activation exercises and when I did it my knees made an awful noise. Now my R knee is pretty sore and a little swollen. IT band tight af. Just in time for a plane ride ...

Cross training 20:00 [1]
ahr:125 max:148

A lil ARC trainer. Knee wasn’t painful but still felt it.

Got some needling with stimulation done today and it felt so weird but really helped!!

Core 15:00 [2]

No lift today since we had testing.

Map Study 5:00 [0]

Need to work on these Norwegian legs.

Note

More treatment today. Back of my knee was a little locked up and my tibia wasn’t really rotating properly so got that loosened up. Feeling a bit better but still feels a little uncomfortable. Likely go in tomorrow for some needling.

I really really really need to do something besides core and strength I’m going crazy.

Note

knee going better today so I wanted to take advantage of this little improvement and not do anything dumb.
My lower back is also tight AF. I'm too young for this.

8 AM

Core 14:00 [2]
ahr:98 max:127

A little morning physio maintenance stuff. Time to seriously start addressing the muscle imbalances I have going on.
11 AM

Swimming 20:00 [3]
ahr:131 max:168

Mostly slow going using a pull buoy so I could rest my legs. Knee felt okay just a little off. Potentially a Hoffa fat pad impingement.
5 PM

Strength 45:00 [3]
ahr:127 max:155

Strength plus a circuit.

What a Blue Monday.
