Easy run to see if I could clear my nose up a little bit. It helped but still have a bad sinus headache.

Gorgeous sunny day but a dreaded east wind :(
Debated going out further on the ice than I did but because it was so sunny I decided not to. I’m officially ready for spring.

Feeling pretty awful today. Pounding headache, feeling like my sinuses are getting stuffed and feeling like I was going to sneeze all day. Had to get up and do something though but it didn’t feel great.

Was supposed to go do a tempo but the pretty sparking trails were calling me for an easy run... so I did :)
Right knee not the happiest of campers, and quad/IT band just got progressively more tight during the run.
