This cough is draining me of energy. Finally slept decently after 3 nights of bad sleeping, but still feeling super run down and haven't had much of an appetite. Won't need to do core any time soon since this cough is going to give me abs by the time it goes away...

I wanted to run today but ended up just going on a nice walk with the fam instead. We'll see what tomorrow brings!

Spin spin. Was going to try and run today but my left ankle finally got un-jammed yesterday and I didn’t want to aggravate it. Plus I haven’t been sleeping well with with cold so thought I should try and heal some more.

Poo.
Had a tight chest and a little cough since Monday with a sore throat. This evening has been lots more coughing and a wicked headache. Guess it’s a good time since not training but not ideal with so much school work to do.
