Skate and double pole with Hammer. Fresh wet packing snow always sounds creaky and reminds me of eating cheese curds ...
Psoas felt okay most of the time but didn’t like cornering from a tuck position or climbing.

Right psoas is super sore after yesterday. I have to hold my foot up to put socks on and bending over to pick stuff up makes it feel pinchy.
I remember a similar thing after my first few classic skis last year so hoping this is just a temp thing. Probably not smart to run for the first time in a while then classic ski right after last week.
Easy does it.
