Omg a run?! Surprised I remember how.
Body felt okay and I kept it easy. Interesting to see how chest HRM measures on runs compared to wrist HR. Seems similar or a little lower on average. Have to get used to wearing it when running though.
I was nice and toasty tonight, even with a chilly wind. Stuns me how people can put on a hoodie and be *ready* to run in the winter ...
