Longest run in a while! Wrist HR is definitely doing some whack things, it wouldn’t connect earlier and then gave me some suspicious numbers. Gotta start running with the chest strap. But longest run in a while and feeling pretty good!

Back in the Hammer.
Breathing felt hard today, too much time in zone 4 but couldn't keep HR down. Definitely haven't been sleeping well recently but last night was good.

Loved these new shoes. Comfy right out the box with a roomy toebox, nice and cushioned but light and responsive. Treads could be better but I think they'll be a perfect door-to-trail shoe. Tried without orthotics first but will also give a go with them in.
