USports XC 2021! The course at the Plains of Abraham was so much fun. Lots of punchy climbs and mud. Ran a solid race, in control the whole time. All over good time with a fastest time of the season and 2nd best individual placing at USports. Plus, the men placed 3rd and the women were 6th - highest rank we’ve been in a long time !

Bad sleep last night coughing lots and felt pretty awful all day today. Had 2 naps and generally feeling run down. Covid test came back negative so yay! Decided to try the workout anyways and surprisingly felt pretty good. Legs a little heavy, it spirits lifted and ready to grind it out this weekend.
