Some controls working on flow. I had great flow between two controls then realized I did them in the wrong order.

Run to 9 mile shoals and some paddling around.
Shin was sore warming up this morning but also had ankle brace on so that may have had something to do with it. Didn’t really feel it during the O earlier today, and only minimal pain on this run.
