Treadmill 55:00 [4] 5.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

First session on the treadmill. Had a heart rate monitor on which showed 160 as average heart reat which seem a bit too high, so not sure if i put it on properly. Had my minimus on and my joint were aching a bit so I think Im going to chill out with it and get my next run done in mormal shoes. Need some strenght exercises for my legs, anyone any idea?
