X-trainer 1:00:00 [3] 6.2 mi (9:41 / mi)

Session on the x-trainer. Did 5 k on tthe resistance 7 and then the next 5 k on resistance 10-11. Worked hard on the second 5k, didnt have my heart rate monitor but it must have been high as i felt f... Enjoyed it though, no pains ..

Did i 5 k run, took me about 28 minutes. my garmin run out of battery but just before it run out it showed me that my heart rate was 180.
