3x Munkebotn opp. 12' EL, 12'23, 5'08 P, 12'35, 5'32 P, 12'25, 18' AL This is the hardest I can manage on a bike. Not sure if I can call this interval, though. HR doesn't go up. But then again, it doesn't when aquajogging either.
