Tried to have high intensity to get out frustration and found a weird technique that worked (at least it felt hard, but didn't have the heart rate strap on). No pain in the calf.

Balestrand - Buråsi with Jan (who continued further up). Visited Balabu on the way down. Such a nice day, but I couldn't do more due to my calf, which hurt less than yesterday at least. More lying in the sun and reading afterwards :)

Had planned to hike up to Hovdunga (Aurland) with Jan, but felt pain in my lower right calf when I got out of the car - bad surprise. Couldn't walk properly, so got a massage from Jan which helped a bit. Very frustrated and disappointed, but lying in the sun reading my book instead was not too bad :/

The interval-part was rather tough, but we had to continue since it was such a nice day. Met two ultra-runner friends of Jan on the way up to Tveitakvitingen and accompanied them down to the road. Lots of running in deep snow was tough but fun.

Just t-shirt and shorts! Slightly heavy legs when I started to warm up, but run a really good time! Had to run fast so that we could barbecue afterwards :)
