Rode chill on the way to the office. For whatever reason, decided to work hard up Dexter on the way home. Somethin' about working hard on a bike... instead of the chaos I feel when trying to run hard (I'm just more of an amateur at it), it's the slow drag of a cigarette burning. Like a smooth, consistent burn that you can lean into.

And while your legs burn, you tell yourself "this is fine, this is fine, this is fine, this is fine..."
