Dance 2:00:00 [1]

TAP DANCE - we're learning the Buffalo, which is literally the thing where you go sideways across the stage, tapping and hopping, while dramatically throwing your arms in and out. No arms for us yet, but I am stoked to be learning a cartoonish move!

BROADWAY JAZZ - Yes! Watching the YouTube video helped me remember what comes next. We didn't get past where we were last week, but that gave me the time I needed to work on my transitions and some of the finer points.

OrangeTheory 1:00:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (25:00 @3) + (15:00 @4) + (10:00 @5)

OrangeTheory with Kate and Linnea, and this time I brought MAPS to read while on the treadmill! Not that the treads are even that boring in OT, because we're doing so many intervals... but they were of course even better with the maps. Though the orange lighting (yes, there's orange lighting) made it a challenge to read.

I'm starting to feel stronger in these workouts!
