Did the same route I did on thursday, pushed harder than the time reflects, think a combination of tiredness and yesterday's hilly HM contributed to a lower performance. Defo need to ease back now, went over mileage by too much last week, and duration for week was about 50% up on normal - no good. We're heading down to the beach house now, so I'll just be able to do my own thing a lot more. The real plus side is that I can see from this week that my ascending is still fine, no real issues at all, so not worried about the MM in autumn.
