a very dark and not that late run home from work. came up via lee hill. enough traffic, but survivable. the run felt good. did literally nothing yesterday - too depressed from the political events (one of worst days in american history).

laps around the track, sprints on the straights, running the bleachers, pushups and setups, all at boulder high school track. got kicked out by the cops, but that was okay. was extremely sore the next 2 days from the hard sprints.
