volunteered at the Cal-Rat trail race with andrew. we hiked about to reach the mile 11.5 mark / direct runners. really great morning....

still have a pulled left hammy, still undecided whether i will go thru with it....

a pretty good run up LHC, up the Highline, and down via Glendale Gulch.

left hamstring was tight / inflamed.

low, thick clouds. cold today. fall is definitely here.
