Rainbow trail south of Hayden Creek is badly burned / completely washed out after 8 miles. That sent me climbing up and down the Hayden Pass 4wd road (10 miles RT, close to 3k gain) at the end of the day.

It all worked out.

I was pretty sore afterwards, but recovered quickly.

Dinner with MA and Berlin, some trivia pursuit, and early to bed. Perfect weather this weekend...

thank you kelsey! i was an absolute wreck all day... sleep deprived and super tired from the weekend... i sort of ached all over. i was just going to drive home, but turned right on iris towards the yoga studio instead. SO glad i did. i feel worlds better...
