morning... here in cheyenne... tried to run for first time since major injury... ended up going 5 but shouldn't have. hurt really bad. hurts worse the next day....

dislocated my femur from its socket monday afternoon. true. popped out. popped back in... doing stupid shit. could barely walk rest of night, and not at all tues am. slowly started to loosen up throughout tues PM and wed AM. managed to walk 3 miles to/from yoga tonight, and do a C2 class. i avoided the poses that i wasn't ready for, and embraced the others! felt pretty good.... def in healing mode
