ran for 1 mile down and one mile up LHC with pancake. first attempt at a run since my very nasty tailbone snowboard accident. hurt badly....
tried to do yoga later in the day. laid down on the mat only to realize i couldn't even sit up against the hard floor... so i left the studio before class even began...
