what an excellent morning! woke up downtown Memphis and made my way to the mighty Mississippi River for a long one up and down its banks. lovely dirt / pavement river paths, remnants of Mississippi belle, raced some young kid who was out training with his dad, lots of friendly faces. Followed by a 1 mile walk around downtown. 60 degrees out. This is how all overnights should be....
