Warm up: 40 jumping jacks
Pavel's Ladders w/Pull-Ups, Tricep Push-downs (70lbs) and Push-Up's

One chin, one, dip, one push, take a few deep breaths then two chins, two dips, two push-up's.... Done on very short rests between reps and ~75 seconds between ladders
