Long ride out with the UMCC. Slower than I normally go so I basically used the hills as intervals. I am improving technically all the time as I am getting up climbs I couldn't do only a few weeks ago.

Downhill extension was a new bit, hiked up to the top and bombed down. Crashed twice but landed in heather both times so no worries.

Long slog ride over to South Head via New Mills and Hayfield and back again. Some of the moor coming back over Ollerton was quite boggy which meant some serious grinding.

Felt good on the ups, too cautious on the downs but no crashes which is always a positive! Tea and biscuits for Alex now.

Circuits 30:00 [4]

12 different core exercises, 40 seconds each, 10 seconds rest. Repeat x 3. This is now my standard circuits session that I will try and complete twice a week to build some semblance of core strength.
