went good legs are strong even with the pack on my back i could push the hill fairly good......Caroline and Gilles was running their last 30 km today before E2C...
Team is in great shape, its gone be fast....its gone hurt.....and its gone be fun. To bad Daniel had to pull off because of his knee.

Compas practice went good, legs feel great. lots of water in the wood small brook who usually have 1 feet of water now have enought to bring my voice one tone higher ; ) I put 10 cp for people here to practice map and compas skill....Great day in the wood before the fly arrive.

Hard trail run with lots of water and mud, Did the loop back of home Cross the Nigadoo river hit the atv trail..... 3 feet deep river crossing was ice cold. still lots of pack snow in the trail. legs dead just like i want them on sunday afternoon.

Meet Gilles C at the Upsalquitch bridge hike, Run and Bushwack to the top of Squaw Cap...First time up there nice view. Should return with the bike sometime. 12 pound pack.

Nice Hike ( scouting ) with the Phantom Today, Hard Bushwacking, Beautiful view.
Was not supposed to be around there today but had to meet somebody up there for something so took the opportunity of being there and went scouting, Big work boots and work pants is not the best for doing this.
Definitely have to re-activate my "spot" ...totally alone out there. 15 pound pack.

Nice run, after just 15 k my quad started to be tight but stay like that for the rest of the run.

Could fell the pack on the bottom of my back. Lots of hill repetition.
