-was supposed to be a rest day....BUT... at 5:00 am the /%$/"!*** dog decide he had to go outside so ...?*?%$...... i went to the gym ,,,,, i needed a good stretch ( yoga ) type session.... feel so good when you take time to do that boring stuff...--ONE more BIG week of training and after....2 easy week and........ E2C.. ` I am ready and ....Cant wait...``Life is good``

Nice ride in ATV trail, trail was more ridable than last weekend. Snow was starting to melt on my way out...lots harder on legs...I didn't push the bike much butTroy would fly on those trail. That was lots of fun.

Very slow run, trail was very slippery with deep ruts. Hike the uphill and downhill....too slipery...legs felt awsome!

Hard Hike in 10 inch of soft snow and sometime knee deep...didnt have my heart rate on but pretty sure i was in intensity 3 for half of the hike...hard on the hip!
