Legs tired because of my day at work....Bushwack aprox 12 km in 8 hrs of survey. ( not log because it was work but still add up in the bank ;-)

Nice Ride, Was averaging 32 km/hrs for the first 50 km and the wind pick-up and the speed went very slow. After 85 km the left foot fell asleep and didnt wake up before the next morning. :-(

Went to Massage, Kiro and doctor . Nothing wrong with my pelvis its all muscular... :-) they all say pretty much the same thing....in two week i should at least walk straight....````DAMMIT```` Massage help a lot.

Did a bad decission to go to the aerial photo area, we just pic 4 cp in the last 7 hrs,

Took us 3 hrs from Quacks Lake Safety tent to the finish line ( Aprox 12 km ) Gilles feet and ankle was killing him so i carry his pack for the last 3 hrs,

NOTE to Myself : Next time you are carying 2 pack dont just put the second pack just on one shoulder.....I think it worth to take the time and put as much as you can in your pack and find a way to put the second pack on both shoulder. I've hurt my back with all the weight on one side.

Aprox 71 km, ( 47.1 km on road - 23.9 km bushwacking )
