Wouhooo !!!! After doing that hilly trail for about 8 year several time per week first time i break 1 hrs......best time before was 1 hrs 4 min....:-))))...
Even the last 500m hill at 10.9 km push the hill in 2 min 6 sec.....

3.22 km easy for cool down.

Even the dogs didnt like the hill at 6 am....
