Hard run, soft snow and some snowmobile trail. Not sure if i will be strong enough to hold that for 5 hrs....hope the snow in Fredericton is harder than here because nobody will clear that 25 km course in 5 hrs.

Was so nice outside ( -6 ) i decide to go ride outside instead of the booring trainer. was hard going with a couple of hike a bike in the hill but was very fun. After 1 hrs my feet was cold but rest of the body was ok.

Bushwacking with snowshoe went to Nigadoo river, Try to go up to the Falls but too cold had to turn after 1 hrs. ( -31 with the wind )..Found 2 spot for rock climbing ....Nice cold Hike.
