Run in single track behind Nepisiguit River Company.....That was nice, Somebody did a lot of work in those Bike trail....lots of 30 meter very steep up and down....Heart rate was very up and uppp!!!

1000 km on those Vasque transistor and they feel so good...

Try to go get the Flag on Sisson lake with Stephanie, Got the first one on the island but when we turn to go to CP5 the wind pick up and the wave was +-3 feet high ''lots of white cap'' battle with the wind for a while but we were going at less than 1km/hr. turn around and went back to the truck...Good training paddle section!!
