SM-ultralång Örebro. Problems with allergy and huge blisters in both feet but fought through the whole course just to get a top10 placing. I was able to hang in in the medal train the first 6k loop but the remaining 13k I was more or less on my own. Finished 10th but had probably punched one of the controls too quickly and didn't get a registration there :( So annoying not to get a result after I had waded through the whole course and resisted the temptation to quit for so long. Felt that I really deserved my medal this time. But all I got was an epic suffer score at Strava.

O-intervals Ängsjö but having problems with pollen again and forced to take it easy. Since Monday it's been absolutely horrible!

4x1km intervals (3:59-4:05) on gravel with 1km jog recoveries. Lungs were burning but it went easier than I thought. Definitively better than in the morning.

5 x Väsjöbacken 4:27, 4:28, 4:29, 4:32, 4:29. Happily surprised how fast it went. Having some problems with breathing due to allergy but HR still fairly slow and times faster than last year. Nice improvement! :)
