Trail run from Gatwick. Surprised to find public footpaths right from the airport!

Last run in the island, mainly gravel and sand.

Trail running hills 1:42:00 [3] 16.0 km (6:23 / km) +700m 5:14 / km

Almost to Zorza and back. Ran the whole way up this time but it took longer time than I thought and I had to turn back after an hour.

Long run through soft sand and stone fields to the lagoon and back. Beautiful views but challenging route.

3x2k intervals with 2min jog recoveries on gently undulating road. Not the best feeling and heavy wind slowing down the pace but great to get rid of the sore throat.

Easy run to the closest hills. Feeling a bit better.
