Saturday Mar 9 #

Trail running tempo 56:00 [4] 11.0 km (5:05 / km) +54m 4:58 / km
(injured) (sick)

3k warm up, then 5k tempo on park run route at 4:10-4:15 pace, and 3k warm down. No pain! :D

Friday Mar 8 #

Running 10:00 [1] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)
(injured) (sick)

Flu hit back again. Not up to anything really.

Thursday Mar 7 #

Running intervals 54:00 [4] 10.5 km (5:09 / km)
(injured) (sick)

5x1000m track intervals (4:02-4:10) with 2min walk recoveries to test the calf and clear my head from the slime. Both worked well but it felt a lot harder than it should have. Shape is rubbish at the moment but calf was fine, so that's something! Definitely better than a week ago! :D

Wednesday Mar 6 #
