Long run in Ballycotton on trails and roads incl. 5k steady (4:30-4:45). So happy I could do 30k!! :D Legs pretty tired at the end.

2k warm up, then 4x2k on treadmill at 4:09 pace with 2min walk/jog recoveries + warm down while watching biathlon world cup final. Time flew by quickly :)
