Running long 2:34:00 [3] 32.0 km (4:49 / km) +92m 4:45 / km

Long progressive run around Blackrock. Did four laps averaging around 4:50, 4:45, 4:40, 4:30 pace on each lap excluding 1k warm up and 2k warm down. Two first laps flew by easily but then my legs started to get tired on the third lap, and fourth lap was quite painful. Happy to have Sorcha with me on the last 1,5 laps! :)

10k steady at 4:30 pace on treadmill. Super boring but happy I'm able to run.

Easy half long trail run in Ballincollig regional park. Dead tired.

Tuesday Apr 2, 2019 #

Running intervals 1:16:00 [4] 15.0 km (5:04 / km)

6x1600m intervals on treadmill at 4:05-4:09 pace with 2min walk recoveries. Time was long but pace didn't feel too bad and calf was ok as well.
