Steady run around Blackrock. Supposed to do three laps but the weather was absolutely horrendous. Not possible to fight against the wind and I was soaked and frozen after just one lap. Forced to quit. Disappointed but it was probably the right decision. Calf sore from the cold.

6k tempo (4:20-4:15) on treadmill. Easier than the previous workouts this week. Listening ABBA works always :)

Wednesday Apr 10 #

Running tempo (treadmill) 1:05:00 [3] 13.6 km (4:47 / km)

12k steady (4:30) on treadmill. Legs tired from yesterday and had to force myself a little but it went ok.

Tuesday Apr 9 #

7 AM

Easy morning run to get legs moving again. Oh dear.
5 PM

Running intervals (treadmill) 1:20:00 [5] 15.0 km (5:20 / km)

10x3min intervals on treadmill at 3:45-3:50 pace with 3min jog/walk recoveries. Really horrible session that required a lot of determination. I think I was still tired from Sunday. Pleased to get this done. Pannbenpass.
