Trail running long 3:10:00 [2] 22.4 km (8:29 / km) +1124m 6:47 / km

Hike Knockboy - Caoinkeen - Knocknamanagh. Started 3k down from Priest's Leap and got a nice warm up before off to boggy mountain site. No paths, just foggy and boggy mountains. A bit rainy and foggy weather but not too bad. It could have been better but it could have been worse too. Nice views down to shore and surrounding peninsulas, although visibility not comparable to what it was last time when in Beara. Great hike anyway, only coming down from Knocknamanagh a bit challenging due to high grass. Otherwise fairly nice all the way. A few places a bit wet but in general quite alright.

"Easy" recovery run in Tracton Wood. A bit too steep terrain for an easy run :)

Courtmacsherry 10k. Fun up to 7k, then again difficulties with stomach at the end. Great race nonetheless and great to have strong group of girls around! Finished 4th, just between Niamh and Katie. 10min warm up and 10min drills, then 10x400m intervals in 1:30 with 200m jog recoveries, and warm down including relaxed 5x100m in 20s.
