Skate in wet snow and +2 degrees on unprepared ski tracks from Kyötikkälä to Atala and back. Tough work in those conditions. Enough snow to have proper tracks but they hadn't prepared them. TE 3.1.

Parkrun. Gentle pace but still pretty hard effort. Probably my slowest ever park run but just happy to be able to run without pain. Sprinted to the finish line at 2:56 pace when someone tried to pass me. Didn't think my legs would roll that fast.

8 rounds of Kauppi ski track with increasing intensity. Unprepared tracks and new wet snow. Tough conditions. TE 3.9.

Easy run right after skiing. Conditions bad (new snow and slush) but achilles ok.

5x1,5k hill intervals (ca 5,5min) on Kauppi ski track with ca 1-2min recoveries. TE 4.1. Tough work. Some new snow from yesterday but +2C temperature made it very very damp and slow. No glide whatsoever.

Easy evening jog. Some pain in achilles at the end.
